When you hire Inspection 1, you deal directly with me, the business owner. I personally perform all inspections with my team and write all inspection reports.

What To Expect
Once you contact us, we will set aside a day and time for your home inspection, usually we can perform the inspection within the next 2 days. We will e-mail you a copy of our contract which must be signed prior to the home inspection. After the inspection, payment can be made via credit card, check, venmo or cash. The Inspection report will be provided via electronic medium, usually within 2 business days. (radon takes longer and will be provided in a separate report). The report is your property and can be shared with whomever you wish.

- Complete Home Inspection per NJ standards of practice (outlined above)
- Wood destroying Insect Inspection (termite / carpenter ant, etc.)
- Completion Of The NPMA-33 wood destroying insect form which may be required by your mortgage lender
$ 579 Complete Home Inspection As Outlined Above + Wood Destroying Insect Inspection + Radon Gas Test
- Complete Home Inspection per NJ standards of practice (outlined above)
- Wood Destroying Insect Report (outlined above)
- Radon Gas Test. This test will require a measurement device to be left in the home for about 3 days starting on the day of the home inspection. The device will then be mailed to the lab for analysis. Results are expected 3-4 days after the device is mailed.

- Price includes 2 visits to the home, 1 to deploy the measurement device and a 2nd to pick it up (2-5 days later) Device will the be sent to the laboratory and a report will be supplied with the results..
